Use this form to submit a request for a guided hunt. Once received, we will work to grant your first date based on guide availability. Enter the optional dates as your second and third choices. Most hunts are morning hunts unless otherwise requested. 

Note on all guided hunts:

• All guided hunts must be booked 30 days in advance for planning.
• A 50% booking deposit is required to reserve the date once confirmed.
• All participants of the hunt are required to have a TPWD Regular Hunting License with an Upland Game Bird Endorsement.
• All in the hunting party are required to wear a hunter orange vest. Hats or caps are optional. We do have loaner vests available on request.
• Hunting parties are limited to a total of 4 individuals. There is a fee for a non-hunting individual of $100. 
• A minimum of 2 hunters is required to book a hunt.
• Holidays such as Thanksgiving & Christmas weeks and weekends are reserved for Austin Gun Club Members and their Families. 

Guided hunt dates based on availbility between November 1st and February 28th annually.
