I have read and agree to the Guided Hunt Cancellation Policy as outlined: 

Guided Upland Hunt Cancellation Policy:

• Written notice via e-mail or text must be received along with written confirmation from Austin Gun Club regarding receipt of cancellation notice.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to event incur a $50 cancellation fee plus any fees for materials or special needs purchased specifically for event as well as any off-site vendor cancellation fees.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the event incurs a 25% per person cancellation fee plus any fees for materials or special needs purchased specifically for event as well as any off-site vendor cancellation fees.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the event incurs a 50% per person cancellation fee plus any fees for materials or special needs purchased specifically for event as well as any off-site vendor cancellation fees.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days as well as “no shows” are required to pay the full price of the booking.
• If an event is cancelled due to rain or an emergency (valid and verifiable) beyond the control of the client, the event will be rescheduled. In the event that rescheduling is not an option, a refund will be credited minus the cost incurred by Austin Gun Club for labor, supplies, and off-site vendors.
